As part of Shoedazzle’s revamped VIP program, we introduced a new feature: Build Your Own Bundle. This initiative was designed to increase engagement and reduce skip rates by providing more value and flexibility to VIP members. Under the updated program, members receive a monthly credit if they don’t skip their cycle. To incentivize them to stay active, we created a feature that allows them to apply that credit toward customizable product bundles.

The bundle feature empowers users to select multiple items and purchase them together for a single VIP credit—offering significantly more value than using the credit on a single product. This not only makes the credit feel more rewarding but also highlights exclusive deals and strengthens the overall perception of membership benefits. The experience was designed to be intuitive, rewarding, and aligned with Shoedazzle’s fashion-forward, value-driven brand identity.
